Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must contact Nextric Digitals and provide:

  • Invoice or order number

  • Clear reason for the refund request

  • Supporting documentation, if applicable

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Refund Approval & Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Cancellations
  • Services canceled before project initiation may qualify for a partial or full refund

  • Once work has begun, cancellation fees may apply

  • No refunds are issued for completed milestones

Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Nextric Digitals before initiating chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and permanent account restrictions.
